I have a handy tool for you! Every week you will receive a healthy weekly menu for 5 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including a shopping list. You can easily adjust the number of people per meal or save your favorites and put together your own weekly schedule.
You can also use the search function to rule out (common) food sensitivities or to select recipes with a fast preparation time.
