Are you still hoping to become pregnant?

Discover how to improve fertility…

Do you want to become FertiliFIT?

Does having your period every month feel like the disappointment of an unfulfilled pregnancy wish? More and more people experience that pregnancy is not always self-evident. As many as 1 in 6 couples suffer from fertility problems. And let’s be honest, it is very special if we can create a new human life. There really is quite a bit to it. A lot has to go right to get pregnant, stay pregnant and ensure an optimal pregnancy.

Would you like to learn what you can do yourself to improve the chance of pregnancy? Then read on to see what I can do for you.

What do I do?

  • Together we will investigate the possible cause
  • Targeted laboratory research (saliva/blood) shows which hormonal disturbances and vitamin deficiencies are involved
  • I provide insight into what you can do to increase fertility and of course give practical tips on how to do this (in terms of nutrition, exercise, relaxation and subtle tips for between the sheets)
  • I provide targeted and personal supplementation advice to supplement deficiencies if diet alone does not succeed.

Guidance is also useful to support a fertility process in the hospital/clinic.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!

    How do I work?

Before the first consultation, I will ask you to complete a questionnaire in preparation for the first appointment.

At the first appointment we will use the questionnaire to discuss your personal situation, goal(s) in more detail and take the first practical step towards achieving your goal(s).

We will then work together to create a suitable (long-term) plan that looks at what you can do to achieve your goal(s).

Don’t live nearby? The guidance can also take place online.

My consultations are eligible for reimbursement by health insurance (depending on your healthcare provider).

It may be lonely, but you are definitely not alone…

“I never thought about it that way…”

A pregnancy comes about if luxury allows it. Stress? Then pregnancy is not a priority for the body, survival is more important than new life. Malnutrition? And I am not referring to weight but to the presence of sufficient nutrients (yes, even if you are overweight, malnutrition can occur).
If there are shortages for one (mother), then there are certainly no reserves for two (mother and child). And there are countless factors that contribute to or hinder a pregnancy. Fertility problems are becoming increasingly common, with as many as one in six couples experiencing them. What stands in the way of your pregnancy wish? I would love to explore with you.
